Delivery Times

Supersaturated are proud to be as environmentally minded as possible and for this reason we don't hold huge stocks of printed t-shirts. Once an order is received it is then sent to our hand printing studio who schedule it for personal printing. We aim to achieve throughput of order in no less than 48hrs. If it appears that Supersaturated can't satisfy the order within 48hrs you will be notified by email or phone and be advised of this small delay.

All UK orders for items held in stock placed before 9:00am are dispatched on the same day but this can vary during busy periods (especially on Mondays, when we go into sale or when the office has been closed for a period of time). We dispatch all our orders by either Recorded First Class Royal Mail or Business Post depending on weight. European and International orders are shipped via either Royal Mail International or FedEx and take between 7-14 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond Supersaturated’s control which cause delay and Supersaturated cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, Business Post or FedEx.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. UK orders placed after 9am on a Thursday will be processed and dispatched on the Friday. In some circumstances Royal Mail will deliver these items on the Saturday, but this remains at the control of the postal service.

PLEASE NOTE: BUSINESS POST DO NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS. FOR DELIVERY ON A FRIDAY, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 9AM ON THE THURSDAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 9AM ON A THURSDAY WILL NOT BE DELIVERED BY BUSINESS POST UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

PLEASE NOTE: FREE DELIVERY ONLY APPLIES ON ORDERS TO THE UK CONTAINING FULL PRICE ITEMS. FREE DELIVERY IS NOT APPLICABLE TO SALE ITEMS. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY FOR SALE ITEMS WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT AND MAY NOT ALWAYS BE INDICATIVE OF THE POSTAL MARK.
